1. 30-40 'till spring, and a total of 76 in the next few years.
2. It's Milan Malpensa, an hour driving from Milan.
3. It's and advantage, not a must. I am pretty sure they are hiring more foreigners then Italians.
4. For the meanwhile the night stop should be only Paris. Days off : 9!
