RTVE and the press are reporting that some civil controllers are returning to work all over the country. The Prime Minister Mr Z has given orders to the Ministry of Defence to take control of all Spanish airspace with immediate effect. The military authorities will assume responsibility of all operational decisions regarding the provision of air traffic service in Spain and civil controllers have been instructed to return to work under orders from the Ministry of Defence.
