How often & how much you fill it depends on how quick it is leaking (or perceived as being likely to leak)
Interesting, so not only did they want a finance/leasing company to buy the remaining 5 Q400's (as opposed to the Latvian Govt), they also wanted the 79.5$million in the pocket too.
