Karaganda, interesting choice to Divert (not second guessing..just wondering the CX methodology) given Astana is also nearby and perfectly capable to handle a 400, as is Almaty.
No idea of the wx conditions nor anything else..I do know that I'd go to Astana/Almaty anyday over Karaganda..and twice on sundays
