Its going back a few years now but I did mine distance learning with Bristol Ground School. They were absolutely fantastic in all respects and probably the most professional part of my entire training. I have never heard a bad word about them. However distance learning does, as you say, require heaps of self-discipline...some people have it and some dont. If you are already doubting yours before even starting (as u imply) then maybe full-time may suit you better. Dont know of any up here but have been out of the training loop for a while.
