I know Higher Power Aviation (if that's what you meant by 'High Power') near DFW Texas, USA. I did a type rating there and they are really fantastic. I'm surprised that they are the cheapest in your list. I would go back to HPA for a type rating if I had to. Top notch company, really really cares about their customers.
