Did it ever occur to you that the 767 was on that route due to the A380s being out of service?
It wasn't that Capn. I was well aware of it as I had been travelling around all week. It was that I had just come off the red eye from PER (B767 domestic config) and went international on the B767 with domestic config. I just wanted my own screen!
I don't know if they class NZ as international or not, it was just my bad luck travelling in that week. Gives me another reason to travel and try international business again later without having an embargo on almost every international port.
