Why should one stop this..I think its the best thing to happen to us pilots. Atleast there is a defined syllabus now.
I can only see 2 reasons why someone would have a problem with this..
1. You just are not competent enough and are flying coz u think there are no studies involved.
2. You did your flying in Phillipines and dont know jack**** abt flying

They should completely remove CPLCG category..let all pilots take the same exams. Anyways most ppl who do their flying abroad take all three Met, Reg, Nav eaxams (Like me) so i dont think it should pose any threat to anyone.
