You have two examples in Tee Emm's post!!!

Take sin of angle of GP and multiply by 100. Sin 3 deg = 0.05233 x 100=5.233

For mental arithmetic, divide GP angle by 60 and multiply by 100 3/60= .05 x 100=5

Sin 3.77= 0.06571
