Ah. That being the case I'll put my hand up and say what a lot of my Flying Scholarship students told me during the summer, that the scholarships are withdrawn and it's no longer possible to apply for them. Anyone who's still got one was probably selected earlier in the year and in any case will have to complete the scholarship within the next few months.
There is - or was - a movement afoot to overturn the minister's decision, and reinstate the scholarship in some limited form next year, but at this stage there's been no official word and I imagine the MOD are a little bit distracted at the moment to be honest.
Hopefully if there's any change to this situation I'll be the first to know, I'll obviously keep you all informed.
