I haven't applied for the CPP but have been following the threads in this forum for some time. I think that you can find a list of questions regarding HR interview in the thread Cathay Pacific Cadet Pilot Programme (at the earlier posts of the thread). The list is not exhaustive, but covers most questions that would possibly be asked. Most of them are not technically-related. I believe the interview in KA is pretty much the same.
IMHO, the interviewers want to know more about you in the first interview. (Your background, you major in University, your personality, the reason that you'd like to be a pilot, your knowledge to the company, like duties of an SO, FO, etc.) It is important to show that you are a suitable candidate.
I believe you can make it. Just relax and prepare well before attending the interview.
