I think 85% is kinda exaggerated, I regularly look after lights heading west and east at a well known central airport.
Aside from this I have always wondered if it had the facilities how campbeltown would do for fuel stops, I know its in the sticks and all but if people arent stopping in the country and just want fuel then...........
