We could always Inter them for 5 years or so without trial , water board them and dress them in orange suits then give them all £1,000,000 each in compensation and Asylum to boot, then they would have no need to commit piracy and we can support them and their families ad infinitum. Great Idea

Or we could just waste them Russian style! Gets my vote
