I have one question though: "How important is it to know all the stats for all the aircraft included at the rear of the pamphlet?"

I'm struggling with all these numbers much more than any of the abreviations or dates from the rest of the information pack.

Well, I'd say it's very important. From what I've read in this thread, they tend to ask specific questions like that in the ATC Motivation Paper.

Instead of memorizing every detail, try to group the aircraft in different categories, e.g. the ones who are able to fly transatlantic and the ones who aren't. Just make up your own categories in order to memorize as easily as possible.
