ICAO Aircraft Accident Digests - Braniff BAC One-Eleven August 1966 accident

Does anyone remember when ICAO published a series of Circulars called ICAO Accident Digests. They were later discontinued; which is a great pity because those specific accident reports were especially chosen for their flight safety interest.

One of those ICAO Accident Reports included the accident to a Braniff BAC One-Eleven, Flight 250, and Registration N1553, that broke up in mid-air on 6 August 1966 near Falls City, Nebraska. It flew into a severe squall line. I am sure that report mentioned the hypotheses of tornadic tube activity associated with roll cloud.

Can anyone please put me on to the link associated with that specific ICAO accident report? I already have a copy of the NTSB report but I believe the ICAO report contained additional information re tornadic tubes.
