Airport runway/taxiway lighting height

Hi, this question is mostly concerned with general aviation low wing aircraft.

The other day I was on the back seat of an Arrow while it was taxiing, and I noticed that the aircraft's wingspan was larger than the taxiway edges, and the taxiway lights seemed to pass too close underneath the wings.

My question is, is there a standard (maybe ICAO probably) that limits the maximum height of taxiway/runway (and any other aerodrome part) lighting? And do aircraft manufacturers know this lighting height limit, for designing the minimum wing height, specially on low wing small aircraft?

Thank you in advance!
