Surprised that no one here has mentioned a handling agent...Universal (the best in my opinion, were an airline at one time for those that remember), Jeppesen, etc.
Always get good service/reasonable prices where they recommend, especially overseas. In addition, has anyone thought of bulk fuel purchases (world fuel etc) as a cheaper way to go?
