Cathay just announced a 4% increase in salary to match inflation plus a 13 month salary bonus.
I was wondering if HKA receives inflationary salary increase each year. If not are HKA pilots happy to receive a further 4% pay cut?
Because if you do not get salary increase with inflation it means you are getting a pay cut
