Sorry for those who have been burnt dealing with HKA. Read the posts here, they tell a story, this crowd of incompetents are not going to change. This is a company that doesn't survive in any true business sense, Hainan airlines are throwing money down the toilet with this project, they have their reasons and there are a lot of theories as to what those reasons are. In a nutshell, if you really don't have any alternative, , you are prepared to throw your savings away trying to stay afloat in Hong Kong, AND, you think that you have a long range plan, then go ahead, otherwise you are playing with fire if you deal with these people.
The Singa Snakes are slowly being removed, but they are only the tip of the iceberg, remember that they had to fool the owners of the airline for them to get where they did. What does that tell you about the management?
