Why didn't you join your national carrier instead of an airline that operates outside the normal parameters of airline protocols and management.?
1) QANTAS is NOT a "National Carrier"- it is a publically (49% foreign) owned company.

2) What exactley do you mean by the second half of that sentence, and who exactley defines "Normal parameters of airline protocols and management"?
