This thread will go looong way. Considering aviation industry in the Philippines is never near in the triumph of development. If only CAAP will do there job by the book and flight schools start to care about their students (Yeah! I know it's like wishing man can live in the sun..lol)
well, legal_consultant I think you should narrow down your scope of research because you'll have a hard time collating all your data considering there will be a handful problems.
here's one reason why I'm not taking my flying lessons here in PI is the
lack (before anyone reacts) of good
functioning aircraft where I'm not afraid to fly for mechanical/instrument failure in mid-air.
