Nope its not some kind of joke. I've read in other threads and posts that the pilots are actually very unhappy with TD and his in-your-face attitude. Even described pilots as high class bus drivers. Just wanted to make sure that it is actually the case that's happening on ground and not some disgruntled pilot complaints.
This is actually quite important because ultimately regardless of Tiger's successful low cost model or fleet size increase, it all depends on experienced pilots to fly them. If pilots are unhappy with management, they will jump to another airline without regards. To me, pilots are actually the main assets of an airline.
That's why I want to find out if ill-management is causing the recent pilot exodus from Tiger. If the pilots are not happy then it is very likely the talent bleed will continue.
