Gen was that when I went through a couple of years ago, it was possible to fail the online personality questionnaire - but only if you were a borderline pass at stage 1. If you were a good pass at stage 1 then you were pretty much ok and would have to go pretty wrong to fail the questionnaire!

Biggest tip - tell the truth on the personality test. You do about 3 or 4 in the whole application process (felt like WAY more!!!) and I believe they do cross check them - and they can tell if you are making the answers up anyway. (patterns in the answers or something) And I guess ultiamately, if you are not the right personality for the job, then its best to find out sooner rather than later!
