Yes it is the Hungarian Kolbanyi IV monoplane of 1912
Geza Kolbanyi (1863-1936) was one of the aeroplane and aero-engine
designers of the initial stage of Hungarian flying from 1909. The
Kolbányi-Galcsek 6-cylinder, 60 h.p. air-cooled, fan-type engine was the
most valuable part of his first machines.
