Marghe83, thank you for the reply. I already did this and they sent them back saying they did not meet the requirements.
I sent them my High School Leaving certificate, along with a HNC certificate which is basically the first part of a university Degree. I am not really sure that they understand the system here, as an HNC is a higher qualification than you can get at High School here
I think they misunderstand your qualification. Give them a call. For sure you can solve the problem, they are calling everyone that meets their very basic requirements.
