Bournemouth is "Dead" commercially!
I checked out telextext over the past week or so and it shows no flights into the airport on several days. In fact a source has told me that the terminal is actually closed on some days as it isn't worth opening! Some return for the 45 million invested in the airport! Manchester Airport Group have wasted a fortune at Bournemouth!
I wouldn't mind betting that the airport has already passed it's "low cost" heyday and that it's all downhill now!
There are over 60 arrivals into Southampton a day and the airport offers everything from regional domestic to European capitals to the same leisure routes such as Alicante, Faro and Malaga etc that is supposedly Bournemouth's main source of income!
MAG need to face up to the fact that most have tried and failed at Bournemouth!
