I saw the list that was posted and noticed a name on there, the person hasnt been flying on a FATA for over 1 year !!
The only reason he was on a fata was the DGCA screwed up his license, didnt have his name correct when they issued his CPL (was correct on his PPL!!) so he had to fly on his FAA license for more than 1 year whilst they sorted it out and argued over who to blame as they wouldnt issue a NOC to conduct his type rating in his correct name
. In the end I think it cost him a lot of rupees to get it sorted out if you know what I mean
