Just a couple of points of clarification for those who seem to think Transport Canada plays a big role in all of this,
1) Landing Rights and frequency of service is
NOT decided or implemented by Transport Canada.
2) NavCanada, a private company, is the 'contracted' Air Traffic Control services provider in Canada,
NOT Transport Canada.
