By the sounds of it,they need to advertise for a new DFO,he has really lost the plot,and management needs to address that, as the pilots are the heart of the airline,without them you have no airline,come on 1 time directors time has come for some action,or close your doors,there are really good guys there,get rid of the rubbish and get some people that know what they are doing.
