So far as I'm aware, EFC don't set any minimum hours or minimum qualifications (other than a PPL of course) for the solo hire of any of their aircraft.
Hire is subject to a satisfactory check out on type, by one of their instructors.
It's a very friendly club (though the facilities are a little basic). I suggest you give them a call.
