Call me a student of ASW. Personally I think the crew of ASW have an aweful to be proud of. The Southwest is an incredible destination and hopefully ASW can go onwards and upwards under Eastern's stewardship.
Ontime, value for money, know your customer - and in ASW's case you just need to know them alittle better than the other crowd - and I think you do!
