Do-27, SQ F/Os are joining for the quick command otherwise in SQ it is a 9 year wait.
Those who come are close friends of the idiots who have promised them instructor
ratings and possible management.

Soon HKA will be like Arik Air of Nigeria. When the losses get higher the pay issue will start.
Even Hainan is not a bottomless pit. Arik bought A340-500s and A330s. They have also ordered
B777ER & LRs including B787s. They are considering A380s. Isn't it the same as HKA, Arik also changes
management personnel often. Now they don't even have a permanent MD, CEO or DFO. Both announced big
plans and these are changing every day. Just read about Arik Air, Nigeria - not enough pilots because
plans become too ambitious and they run out of money. Both are buying planes for money laundering.
Arik's pilots getting paid late and irregular, but got paid. Both have planes sitting on ground.

As in Arik, just join and get your rating, 500hrs then go. Bond is illegal in HK. If they sack you
unfairly go to Labour Tribunal. So far all those who have gone to the Tribunal because of improper
terminations, won big money. The Benetti case, I believe is still on, and that claim is into the millions.

QAR, Singaporeans are no better, and is why they dare not claim that otherwise their big brother
will show them who is stronger. The reason the Chinese mainlanders are not here in HKA is because of
immigration issues and complicated Chinese Airline laws for pilots jumping ship.

The Singaporeans can't do anything until their government tells them what to do. When they get out of
Singapore it is freedom and they misbehave. See what happen to their COO - embarrassing termination.

Demise need not have to be soon. The longer it is the more painful it gets when it happens.

BelowMSA, the problem with the CAD here is that they cannot keep confidentiality. They will inform
your company even if you send in a confidential report. You need to tell South China Post.
They love publishing HKA stuff.
