A bit off topic but I found O'Leery rather amusing in this

The AUC:

And O'Leery:
"But Ryanair chief executive, Michael O'Leary, dismissed the AUC's findings, claiming it was a "self appointed quango".
This being him displaying a good attitude to his customers complaints. The man's a moron.
