Unless you are testing specific items related to specific night conditions,ie NVG,IR, lighting, then I wouldn`t start digging a hole yet..
Suggest you also read-up on the Airbus accident,and also the UKAAIB report on the `runaway`737`. Second and third questions will be `WHY`,WHY ...? ?

Third Q,if you are in a land of cedar trees,think also about recent accidents,at night to aircraft not doing flight-testing....

Notwithstanding the first paragraph,why would you want to wait all day,and then go testing at night ?...far better to sleep well,and go early in the morning....
