Not sure where you got your data but looking at the ASW website for June, the first PLH/NQY-LGW arrives 08:30 & leaves 09:05 for PLH/NQY, second rotation is in at 12:15 & out at 12:45 (to NQY then PLH) & the last has a longer layover arriving 17:55 & departing 18:45 (operates via NQY both ways.) It varies at the weekend but don't want to get any more spotter-ish!
Perhaps this is a commercially smart plan to offer more non stop services to NQY against the Flybe competition?
