It is the initial reboot that doesn't work, it always fails, whether it is a bootMNG missing, or that the registry is corrupt.

The 32Bit system is on a completely different HDD.

I have already taken the battery out of the motherboard and reseated the jumper (dont worry, i put it back where it belongs).

@Bushfiva, i would agree that maybe its the hardware, but i do not want to buy a new motherboard and then find out that it was not the problem.

@Shunter, how can i run a memory checker? all i have access too is the bios and the startup CD.


New Update: Windows 7 32Bit will not even install. It will reboot perfectly well, but stall on the finalizing the setup, causing a reboot that either ends up in the bluescreen of death or missing and/or sorrupt drivers.
