Yes, I would also love some elaboration.
But I definitely am preparing as much as possible. I think it would be folly to just show up hoping that its completely behavioral. My friend interviewed about 6 weeks ago and said that only 3 out of 16 people made it past day 1 (which is the SIM and compass testing). I highly doubt all 13 of those people didn't pass SIM testing because of "behavioral" stuff.
