It is the job of any pilot to advise the CAD if there is a breach of safety. If you do not, you are partially responsible for any accident that might happen due to covering up the entire truth.

There are totally anonymous reports you can submit to the CAD, but I do feel you have revealed your identity to management.
As a matter of fact, there are CAD pilots flying for HKA/HKE (the usual "internship"). In my oponion, I believed CAD well known their storieSSsss...., just the matter of will they really execute the kill or not. Besides the cockpit crew, their cabin crew training is also a piece of joke. Insufficient training, brainless cabin crew management personnelSSsss... any FP (flight purser) from CX could have done a much better job than their department GM and "ManagerSSsss". It's a huge surprise to me of their STUPID level.
