Femo, if you've got the right to work in UK, then BA's currently looking for Apprentices, if that's an easy way out for you, then check out their website.
If you don't have the right, I am sorry i don't know of many alternatives and i doubt Arik has any serious scheme out there. Am sure they owe the schools, if at all they have any scheme.
So Arik might not be your safest and sensible option.
