By the looks of it, his "sons" (your reference, not mine) were actually the adult sons of his new wife. To refer to them as his "sons", or his own son's brothers, was doubtless a mark of respect for their mother more than anything else.
It also appears those "sons" were given jobs in the family business and then set about stealing infomation from it for their own benefit.
So your comments are, at best, a tad misleading.
I've known B D for many years. He has many faults, one of which is believing that you can do business in Africa in the same way as you can in the USA, where a man's word is his bond and a binding agreement is concluded on a handshake.
He is also living proof that you cannot run a successful business by remote control...you need to be in the business, on the ground, 24/7, not thousands of miles away hoping that your local staff will run things the way you would.
As I did not write the article I most certainly did not refer to them as "his sons" that is an exact copy of the court transcript and as dodgy and jnr dodgy did not win this case like all the others they loose, it was just merely an example of the lengths this despicable individual will go to. Have it 1st hand information that they sue at the drop of a hat and see it through to the bitter end, more often than not actually losing the cases!

Shame and you actually admit to knowing him, didnt think any one would publically own up to that. Before you slate how business is done in africa why dont you find out the facts of what he does to people, not just africans. what do you make of the "pilot" who's now running the so called african set up on an expired visitors visa, he hasnt been paid by dodgy for 3 years and i think at last count was owed about 300 000.00 US dollars plus the interest on the money, oh and by the way he is an AMERICAN. Also this latest incident of ruining peoples lives was based on a hand shake. the guy took over the company a little more than 2years ago, dodgy ommitted to tell him that the caa was closing the company down, it had had no ceo for more than a year. the guy put in an 18 hour day every day doing at least 5 peoples jobs to keep down costs, including weekends, public holidays, christmas holidays etc and actually managed to turn the company to the point where it was making a very healthy profit , had dodgy not syphoned every cent back to the us the company would actually be in a great position. 2 yrs down the line, as happens every 2 or so years, dodgy looses a dodgy contract and then sidelines the ceo into the position of a 2nd hand spares salesman, on 5% commission but still the ceo of the charter operation and responsible manager for the amo! FAIR PRACTISE maybe in the US but certainly not in Africa, just for the record he was employed with a "handshake" promise that he and his family were moving to the us to run a setup at new century. HE and his family sold or gave away everything preparing for the move, at a huge loss to themselves. dodgy never secured the visas because the sob knew the african operation couldnt run with out the person in question. Also based on a handshake was bonuses for work finished, all done and not 1 cent of bonus ever paid. dodgy has no morals whatsoever and this latest incident is just one of a great many over the years, most certainly not only to africans but to his fellow US compatriots in fact he doesnt even stick to written contracts that he himself draws up, ask the previous technical manager where he profit share is. What do you make of him "stealing" 2 pt9 engines from an african and never returning them or paying for them. Maybe FAIR PRACTISE in the US but not in africa. the list just goes on and on and on,. he lies so often he even contradicts himself completely in legal documents signed under oath.
perhaps before you defend the morals of someone like dodgy, do a google search, you'll be amazed what info is readily available. People like DODGY should be banned from doing business in africa. This time though, I hope dodgy has lied himself into sufficient of a corner that he will be taken to task and end up with a hefty jail sentence. personally i wouldnt like to spend 1 day in an african jail.
