Thanks for the Daily Echo link, I'm somewhat bemused about the CEO's comments about FR's "ruthless" negotiators. If FR can negotiate deals, under the terms of BOH's CAA Public Use Aerodrome Licence they have to offer the same to other operators. Condition 1 of their licence requires that the aerodrome is "available to all persons on equal terms and conditions". Are the CAA turning a blind eye to other such aerodromes in the UK where the "ruthless" negotiators have been at work?
