worse pay in the industry, but they have a pretty good QOL. max 18 day schedule. biz class travel . 18hr max duty day(ext to 21) but the pay sucks.
base pay 39k ur first year. great group of fellows to fly with sept the 10%'ers.
but all in all a good job. but the dude who runs the place is old and when he crooks who knows what will happen. more than likely his cronies will chop the place up to the highest bidders. if i could have made some $ there i would have liked to stay until i retired. but no money for me ment i had to leave. and the only way to make money @ evergreen is to upgrade to capt and then whore your self out on overtime. and ther are not any upgrades happening ther since the geezers get to hang on for another five years.
