At the very least we should have escaltors to bring passengers up to the arrivals floor.
It's ridiculous that escalators haven't been installed to bring passengers up to arrivals - this is very basic. New airbridges and escalators have been installed in SNN over the past few months so I don't think it's a case of the DAA not being willing to cough up the cash for them.
