Hey Everybody... With regards to the Tanzanian Civil Aviation Authority i am try to get their air regulations,cant seem to find them on the site there an error that occurs when i open the personnel licensing the link . I was wondering if any one has an idea how i could get a hold of the TCAA CAR i even tried mailing them no response though.
Any suggestions or the CAR itself would be highly appreciated!
