Shell are far tougther than other oil companies for good reason - a greater priority on safety (heard of that?). Remember that it was Shell who canned Flightline after an audit. Shell does lead the OGP association to drag standards up:

BP lost two ahelicopters from Aberdeen in the last 20 months - FACT (Shell has not lost an Aberdeen based aircraft in over 20 years FACT).
