IIRC 2nd July 2009, Amendment 4, MATS Part 1.

The phraseology was changed from 'Vortex Wake/Wake Vortex' to 'Wake Turbulence' and the recomended distances were reduced for arrival spacing.

Oh and 'spacing' was changed to 'distance'
