There is no role play or presentation (
AFAIK) there is, however, generally a pilot/HR monitored group discussion over a topic which tends to place commercial expeidiency and cargo expediency against one another to see if the candidates can come to an agreement on a balance. The trick is not to be the shrinking violet but don't be the 'Apprentice' to$$er either.
