Blame 10 years of previous mismanagement for all of that. The blatant disregard for employees and the product isn't AJ's fault.
767's with a 1980's cabin still being offered as a premium product, for another 4 years at least. That is 1 thing I thought AJ would've gone about fixing, alas, Jetstar has the priority to grow, Qantas has the priority to stagnate or shrink.
