Let me get this straight, guys go in and work like slaves for maybe 3 years on minimum wage, can be dropped at anytime and have to pay out £30k for their own training!!!!!!!!!! At the end of this 'Cadetship' they fly dirty old cargo planes at night.. Good luck with that chaps
