There is a policy for accelerated command. However it will only be used once all those FOs that are SENIOR to you and are eligible for a command have been used up. Since time to command is going past the minimum of the required 3yrs in the company there is no need for accelerated command for the foreseeable future.
So I would suggest you don't factor in being able to trample over the other more SENIOR FOs by stealing their commands before them.
If you search this site you will find guesses of time to command ranging from 5 to 10yrs. We will only really know in 5 to 10yrs who was right. At the moment it is taking appox 4.5yrs to 5yrs. I think EK has 140ish aircraft now, so when they get 280 aircraft the fella presently at the bottom of the list should get his command. I do not know when delivery of 280 will happen.
